THE MOST WANTED VISIONARIES GOES ANALOG

The Tethys Fine Art Gallery and the New Era Museum launched a series of events called FIPA Florence International Photography Awards with the purpose of rewarding innovations in photography and Mobile Art .

The event will aimed primarily at the involvement towards these new forms and the new frontiers of visual arts.

Tethys Fine Art Gallery is situated in the centre of Florence in Via dei Vellutini, 17/R, typical alley in the heart of Oltrarno district.  It is the only florentine gallery that is dedicated exclusively to contemporary photography. Tethys Fine Art Gallery hosts a rich calendar of temporary photographic exhibitions plus a permanent collection of work by successful artists and talented young photographers like: Harry Benson, Kate Brooks, Carlo Gianferro, Harri Peccinotti, Newsha Tavakolian, Anoek Steketee. Tethys has collaborated with important institutions like: The Robert Kennedy Foundation, il Festival dei Popoli, Pitti Immagine Uomo, Busajo, Middle East Now.

The FIPA Most Wanted Visionaries Collection will be a curated exhibition during FIPA event that will contain a selection of 20 printed big sized artworks, already present in The Most Wanted Visionaries Catalog, invited to attend this collection.
