- The weather outside was frightful (for those hit by the “storm of a generation”)
- The people around you were cheerful (despite the storm creating days of whiteouts, blackouts and digging out)
- The music you heard was soulful (because singing to yourself out loud while the power is out can be very soulful)
- The views you saw were beautiful (because white on white on white can be beautiful; also, check out the now famous Port Stanley Pier ice storm images)
- And, you gave thanks for all that inspired your awesome creativity over 2022!
